The Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill "On Children Recreation and Health Improvement" in its entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.0983) defines basic principles of State policy in the field of children recreation and health improvement.

The Committee members scrutinized the Bill before the Second Reading. They stated that remarks of the Central Judicial Office were taken into account.

Moreover, the People´s Deputies took into consideration the amendments, pursuant to which the Law comes into force on 1 January 2009.
